how this came about

this is a passion of mine where by i use music, drama and dance to help me with my grief journey and get indivuals to understand that even if you are going through grief there are different ways of handling it using my journey as a prime example of how heavy i felt when i lost my own mother and how performing arts help me handle my healing journey as a whole
